Delivery time depends on the product and location. Delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

For hygiene reasons, jewellery items are non-returnable. Exchange is available only for damaged or incorrect items, and customers must share photos + unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery.

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. Refunds follow payment gateway/bank timelines.
